GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE – ÈCLAT BAGS
The conditions listed below regulate the sale of products between the supplier ÈCLAT BAGS di Vanessa Di Nicola (hereinafter also "ÈCLAT") and the consumer.
We invite consumers to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale before making a purchase.
📜 CONTRACT
Purchases made on the website www.eclatbags.com are regulated by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), relating to the protection of consumers in distance contracts, for anything not expressly provided for in these conditions.

👜 PRODUCTS
The technical and descriptive characteristics of the products are shown on the site in the relevant product sheet . The images are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a contractual element .
ÈCLAT reserves the right to modify the characteristics of the products without notice. Any differences detected can be communicated to the customer service for verification and updating.
💶 PRODUCT PRICES
Prices are expressed in Euros, including VAT and any other tax . The amount invoiced is the one displayed at the time of completing the order.
ÈCLAT BAGS reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice . Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
✅ ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY
Once the order is completed, the customer will receive confirmation by email . In the event of product unavailability, even temporarily, ÈCLAT will promptly inform the customer, who can decide whether to wait for the restocking or receive a refund of the amount already paid.
🔁 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
The communication must be sent to:

The communication must contain:
- Order number
- Name and surname of the recipient
- Payment method used
- IBAN (only in case of cash on delivery)
The product must be returned within 14 days of the communication of withdrawal. Shipping costs are paid by the customer .
📦 RETURN POLICY
The product must:
- Be intact , free from damage and signs of use
- Include label, dust bag, original packaging or equivalent
- Be returned via a traceable and insured courier
In case of non-conformity , the product will be sent back to the customer with the costs charged . In case of conformity, the refund will be made within 14 days , only on the price of the product .
The refund will be made via:
- The same payment method used
- Bank transfer, in case of cash on delivery
⚠️ Shipping costs and cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.
❌ Personalized items cannot be returned.
🛑 SUPPLIER WITHDRAWAL
ÈCLAT reserves the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days , in case of unavailability of the products . The customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
🧾 ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In compliance with EU Regulation 524/2013, the European consumer can access the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform at the following link:
