SHIPPING POLICY – ÈCLAT


🚚 SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We ship throughout the country via express courier BRT SpA (Bartolini) .

Our shipping is express , with estimated delivery times of 24/48 working hours , except for delays attributable to the courier and not dependent on ÈCLAT BAGS.

Orders are processed on two working days a week , usually Tuesday and Friday , unless otherwise organizationally required.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

In case of absence of the recipient:

- The courier will make a second attempt the following day

- If absent even on the second attempt, the package will be stored for 5 days

- After this period, it will be returned to ÈCLAT BAGS and the sales contract will be considered terminated

ÈCLAT BAGS will proceed with the refund, excluding shipping costs and storage costs .


🛍️ SHIPPING WITH BRT FERMOPOINT

If you have difficulty receiving the package at home, you can choose delivery to one of the many BRT FermoPoints in Italy.

During checkout you will be able to:

- Enter your address

- Select the nearest FermoPoint from a drop-down menu

Once the package arrives at FermoPoint:

- You will receive notification via email or SMS

- You will have 10 days to collect it

- After 10 days, the package will be stored for another 5 days

- After that, it will be returned to ÈCLAT and the contract will be considered terminated

Attention: it is not possible to pay on delivery at FermoPoints .


💸 SHIPPING COSTS

- Standard home delivery: €7.00

- Shipping to BRT FermoPoint: €6.00

- Supplement for the Major Islands (Sicily and Sardinia): +€2.00

- Supplement for Minor Islands: +€10.00 (see attached list)

❌ We do not currently ship to Free Zones , including:

- 22061 Campione d'Italia (CO)

- 23041 Livigno (SO)

If you would like delivery to an excluded area, please contact us to discuss any customized alternatives.


📍 SHIPPING ADDRESS

During checkout it is essential to enter complete and correct data:

- Name and surname

- Street, house number, postcode and city

- Additional information (company, intercom, opening hours, etc.) in the "Notes" field

⚠️ In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be put in storage without a second delivery attempt .

ÈCLAT BAGS is not responsible for errors in filling in the form . All costs related to storage or new shipping will be borne by the customer.

We also ask you to provide:

- A valid email address

- An active mobile number

Customers in surrounding areas can request free on-site collection , avoiding shipping costs.
