💳 PAYMENT METHODS
ÈCLAT BAGS by Vanessa Di Nicola accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit, debit or prepaid cards (Stripe: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTEPAY, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY)
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)
📃 BANK TRANSFER
In case of payment by bank transfer:
- The order will be processed only after the actual crediting of the current account
- It is advisable to consider banking timeframes, especially on holidays
- To speed up the process, we recommend using an instant bank transfer , where available.
- Orders are usually processed on Tuesdays and Fridays
💵 CASH ON DELIVERY (Payment on delivery)
ÈCLAT BAGS offers the possibility of paying the order directly to the courier upon delivery.
- This service involves a supplement of €6.00 , to be added to the shipping cost
Customer obligations:
- Be present at the delivery address on the expected day
- Prepare the exact amount in cash (the courier does not provide change )
- ⚠️ Please select this option only if you have a real intention to purchase , in compliance with the commitment to the seller and the courier
📄 VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT
Even in the case of cash on delivery, placing the order constitutes a binding contract .
The customer undertakes to:
- Collect the package
- Pay the amount due
- ✅ The customer always retains the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, according to current legislation
🚚 DELIVERY AND STORAGE
In case of absence of the recipient:
- The courier will make a second delivery attempt , generally the following day
- In case of further absence, the package will be stored awaiting instructions
- If the customer refuses the package or does not provide any information , ÈCLAT reserves the right to terminate the contract for non-fulfilment , with possible legal action.
