REFUND POLICY – ÈCLAT BAGS
🛍️ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods , without having to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to: info@eclatbags.com , indicating:
- Order number
- Name and surname of the recipient
- Payment method used
- IBAN (if required for refund)
📦 RETURN POLICY
The returned product must:
- Be intact , free from damage, wear or signs of use
- Be complete in all its parts: label, dust bag, packaging and original cardboard box
- Be sent back within 48 hours of the return request , sending proof of shipment made
⚠️ In case of non-compliance with the terms or conditions, the return will not be accepted .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable and insured service to avoid loss or damage during transport.
ÈCLAT BAGS is not responsible for products lost or damaged during returns.
🔁 RETURN RESULT
Once the product has been received, ÈCLAT BAGS will verify the integrity of the return.
✅ If compliant:
- The refund will be issued within 14 days , exclusively for the price of the product
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used
- In case of cash on delivery, an IBAN will be requested
❌ If not compliant:
- The product will be returned to the customer , with additional shipping costs charged
❗ ATTENTION
The following will not be refunded:
- Initial shipping costs
- Surcharges for the stamp
- Taxes withheld by the payment circuit (e.g. Stripe, PayPal)
⚠️ Some products may not be eligible for return , such as:
- Personalized items
- Accessories
